Ralph A. Bellizzi is the founder and President of Aaron, Bell International. He is a Senior
Managing Director with a 40-year history of mergers, acquisitions, diverse business ownership, and consulting
experience. His transactions ranged in size from under $2 million to $420 million. In addition to mergers and
acquisitions, his background includes strategic planning, business reorganization, and funding encompassing equity, loans,

Mr. Bellizzi has owned and operated 18 privately-held companies and two public companies. He facilitated completing initial public

spectrum ranging from start-up to Fortune 100. Currently he is a principal in two businesses and holds a Principal Real
Estate Broker license.
Mr. Bellizzi was one of eight members selected to serve on the International Business Brokers Association Ethics Committee
that developed IBBA's code of ethics for its 1,200 members. He is also a former Army Officer and Vietnam helicopter pilot.
Daniel M. Braiman is a Senior Managing Director and CFO of Aaron, Bell International. He is
responsible for merger and acquisition transaction execution, corporate finance, and coordinating services between team members.
He has negotiated or completed several hundred transactions ranging in value from under $2 million to $210 million.
Mr. Braiman is a registered representative of StillPoint Capital LLC,

and SIPC, through whom he holds Series 79 and Series 63 securities registrations. He has 30 years of experience in corporate finance, business development, business valuations, and commercial banking,
including 14 years of experience in M&A. Mr. Braiman's experience also includes auditing and consulting on organizational
structure, staffing levels and business process improvement. Mr. Braiman completed his undergraduate university education at
Middlebury College in Vermont, earning a BA in Economics. He also holds an MBA degree in Finance from the William E. Simon
Graduate School of Business Administration in Rochester, NY.
Steven E. Scheinberg is a Managing Director
of Aaron, Bell International. He is responsible for merger & acquisition transaction execution and financial advisory services,
including business plan development for Clients. Mr. Scheinberg is a registered representative
of StillPoint Capital LLC, SEC registered
broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC,
through whom he holds a Series 79 securities registration. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.
Mr. Scheinberg has over 25 years of investment banking and securities research experience, including serving as VP and
Director of Municipal Bond Research at Shearson American Express and Senior VP and Director of Research at S.D. Cohn & Company.
Mr. Scheinberg also served as a Managing Director at Cambridge Capital Holdings, LLC, Senior Managing Director and Principal at
RGS Capital Advisors and a Partner at Robert Sheridan & Partners. To date Mr. Scheinberg has completed approximately 50
transactions ranging in value from over $2,000,000 to in excess of $165,000,000.
Prior to joining the private sector, Mr. Scheinberg was an Economist for the Connecticut General Assembly and was awarded a
Citation for Meritorious Service that was sponsored by Senator Joseph Lieberman. Mr. Scheinberg is a co-author of "The
Fundamentals of Municipal Bonds", published by Dow Jones-Irwin in 1983 and still in print. He is also a frequent contributor
to a variety of finance and real estate magazines. Mr. Scheinberg has a BA and an MA in Economics from the University of
Connecticut where he was President of the Economic Honor Society. Mr. Scheinberg has been listed in Who's Who in America and
Who's Who in Finance.
Michael Keck is a Managing Director of Aaron, Bell International. Mr. Keck has served several roles
in the financial services industry throughout his career. Most recently, he has been responsible for over $100 million
of business under representation. Mr. Keck is an independent registered representative
of StillPoint Capital LLC, SEC registered
broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC.
He holds Series 7, 66 and 79 securities licenses, along with a Kentucky real estate license.
In addition, Mr. Keck is a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor through the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors.
Mr. Keck graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Business Management, and is currently pursuing his Masters of
Science in Finance and Economic Policy with the University of London.
Joshua D. Hares is the Executive Vice President of Operations for
Aaron, Bell International.
He manages the executive activities of the company including sales, marketing, and the development of strategic alliances. He is responsible for
supporting and expanding upon the strategic consulting services offered through Aaron, Bell International to assist companies in the areas of business
optimization, finance, and exit planning.
Mr. Hares has owned and operated two companies and held executive leadership roles in several others.
Most recently Mr. Hares was the President and co-Founder of a cloud based software firm providing business efficiency tools to companies throughout
the world. He managed worldwide operations, client development, and strategic partnerships.
Mr. Hares is a proven leader. He has spoken at national conferences and conventions on topics focused on the changing economic marketplace and the
impact the adoption of technology has made in the success of businesses today.
Mr. Hares holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from
Regis University. He served in Operation Desert Shield with both the United States Navy aboard the USS Antietam as well as with the United States
Marine Corps serving as a Naval Hospital Corpsman. Following his time in the military he spent a short time as a professional football player in the
position of quarterback before beginning his career in business.
Tony McDonald is a Managing Director
of Aaron, Bell International. Mr. McDonald has over 25 years of experience as an operating executive, consultant,
transaction originator and strategist. He has completed many transactions including sell-side and buy-side representations, private equity
investments, and corporate finance investments.
Recently, Mr. McDonald was a senior executive team member for a clean tech company that was subsequently named one of Inc. Magazine's
600 fastest growing firms; he also advised the firm on a $15mm equity placement that was funded by a New York based green tech investment
fund. Mr. McDonald was previously a member of KPMG's Financial Services Consulting practice where he advised national and international
banks and financial service companies. He has also managed a $1 Billion portfolio of operating businesses and assets that included investments
in technology, manufacturing, commercial aviation, and power development industries for Republic Financial Corporation.
Mr. McDonald received a BS degree in Engineering and Economics from the U. S. Military Academy at West Point, NY, and an MBA from the
Harvard Business School. A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. McDonald's military service included serving as a cavalry officer in the 10th U.S.
Cavalry and as an analyst with Military Intelligence. He and his wife live in the Denver area with their 9 children.
Steven Keck is a Managing Director of
Aaron, Bell International. Mr. Keck has 37 years of knowledge and experience from a variety of industries, primarily paper and plastics manufacturing and recycling.
He and his wife Jody have owned and operated Somerset Recycling Services for 27 years. In that time span he has grown the company to have
international reach with local roots, providing services and solutions for many Fortune 500 companies along the way.
Mr. Keck is a Certified Merger
and Acquisition Advisor through the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, board member of the Bluegrass Institute in Lexington, Kentucky,
and he received the 2012 award for Entrepreneur of the Year for Somerset/Pulaski County. He is also a devoted husband, father, grandfather, friend,
and Christian. He serves faithfully on the Advisory Board for The Chapel, which is a local Christian Church.
Jonathan Fischer, M.Div, is a Senior Associate
of Aaron, Bell International. His core function is to help owners of middle market companies expand their business, begin long-term exit
planning for maximum return, or take the necessary steps toward a successful liquidity event in the short-term.
Bringing nearly twenty years of
organizational leadership experience in several sectors, both non-profit and for profit, in roles ranging from EVP to President, Mr. Fischer
has spent most of the last decade as a key player in one of the nation's top consulting firms. Utilizing proprietary methodologies developed by
some of the leading minds in business growth and management, he personally trained and/or consulted with more than 6,000 C-level executives in
companies of every size and sector.
Mr. Fischer's work included such areas as: launching new ventures, building successful client acquisition strategies,
systematizing internal processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness, deploying better recruiting and training models, and creating improved
marketing, management, sales, and profitability for sustained bottom-line results. This unique experience - that of working from the "inside" of
so many businesses, while still retaining the objectivity inherent in being a third party - has found direct application to Mr. Fischer's work as an

Diana Mauricio is a Senior Associate of Aaron, Bell International.
Ms. Mauricio has specialized in sales management and sales for the past 15 years in southern California. She managed or directed a
team of sales people consisting of 82 sales personnel for three years and recruited over 132 sales people from the Inland Empire.
Ms. Mauricio graduated from the University of Riverside with a specialization in Psychology.
Perry L. Bower is a Senior Associate of Aaron, Bell International.
In this role, Mr. Bower works with business owners seeking to grow their business or plan for exiting their company. He has extensive experience
in the financial services industry as a financial planner and insurance advisor. For the past 15 years, he has provided services to clients,
developing on-going relationships with individuals, families, businesses and estates. Mr. Bower has represented top tier financial service
companies such as New York Life, Mass Mutual, and Prudential. He also has experience as a small business owner in the 1980s and 1990s.
Mr. Bower earned his MBA with a Project Management and Leadership emphasis from Colorado Christian University in 2011 and a BS degree in
Organizational Management, also from Colorado Christian University. He holds the LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) industry
designation and has been a member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) and the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT, 2005).
Mr. Bower and his wife have three children, one grandchild, and are avid sailors.
Lindsay Flemming is the Senior Marketing Manager of Aaron, Bell International.
She is responsible for national and international marketing. She specializes in public relations, social media,
and has over 15 years experience in the advertising industry. Lindsay began her career with a Fortune 500
company and executed strategic marketing tactics to enhance the company's brand. Lindsay Flemming joined
Aaron, Bell after serving as the Vice President of a high-profile entertainment magazine in southern California. Her
experience includes online product development campaigns, enhancing the exposure of e-commerce platforms
through advertisement generation and implementing marketing strategies to keep her clients competitive
in an ever-changing economic climate.
Ms. Flemming completed her graduate degree in Communication with a
Specialization in Interactional Studies, at San Diego State University.
Emmett E. Duemke is a Managing Director of Aaron, Bell International.
Mr. Duemke is responsible for mid-market merger and acquisitions. He specializes in retail, distribution and manufacturing industries,
and has 38 years of experience in all phases of the retail trade. Mr. Duemke began his career with a Fortune 500 company. He capped
his 20-year retail career as a Regional Manager responsible for a ten-state region and 2,300 employees. After retiring, he acquired
a retail business and facilitated its growth by 500%, transforming a one-location facility into a regional retail chain.
Mr. Duemke completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Texas Christian University located in Fort Worth,
Texas. He holds an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Duemke is a former
Officer of the United States Air Force.
Richard L. Winter is an independent affiliate of
Aaron, Bell International. Mr. Winter has a 25-year history as a lead
intermediary in mergers, acquisitions, and business sales. He has negotiated
with or completed several hundred transactions ranging in value from under $2
million to over $45 million. Prior to his M&A industry experience he was a
chief financial officer in three companies, managing budgets from $30 - $70
million. Mr. Winter's operating expertise encompasses management, finance,
marketing, and two turnarounds. He personally acquired, expanded, and sold
several companies; therefore, he understands both buy-side and sell-side issues
from the owner's perspective.
His broad-based knowledge and experience have enabled Mr. Winter to provide services as an expert witness
in court for business valuation and other related issues. He has authored two business/financial books and
provided M&A industry training for over 200 new and experienced intermediaries. He graduated with honors from the
University of Illinois with a Degree in Accountancy and attended UCLA in post-graduate studies. He served as an
Officer in the U.S. Navy with three tours of duty in Vietnam.
David Swan is an independent affiliate of Aaron, Bell International. He
is the founder and President of Human Resource Consulting Solutions, LLC (HRCS). Mr. Swan is a
highly skilled human resource executive with experience in a variety of organizations and industry
environments. Prior to forming HRCS in 2002, he held the top human resource and labor relations
position in several major national and international companies, both public and privately held.
Most recently, he was Vice President of Human Resources for Leprino Foods Company, a $2 billion
Colorado Corporation, with manufacturing, distribution and transportation facilities throughout the
U.S. and in Europe. Mr. Swan was employed previously with The Susquehanna Corporation, American
Television and Communications (Time-Warner), Stone & Webster Engineering & Management Consulting,
and a division of Allied Stores.
Mr. Swan completed his Bachelor of Science degree from the
University of Massachusetts and has attended Boston College, Northeastern University, and the
University of Minnesota, for post-graduate studies.
